1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the etv99 platform and all of its associated services. "Platform" refers to etv99's website, mobile version, and all related digital channels.

etv99 is an online entertainment betting service platform. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you disagree with any condition, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. If you continue using the service after updated Terms have been published, that will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To create an account and use the services on the etv99 platform, users must meet the following requirements:

• The user must be at least 21 years old ("for users aged 21 and above only").
• The user must provide their real identity and accurate information.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Accessing the service from areas where online betting is legally prohibited is not allowed.

etv99 may request the necessary documents for age and identity verification at any time. The right to suspend or close an account is reserved if accurate information is not provided.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account cancellation. If your identity or contact details change, please update them on the platform promptly.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out on their account.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

etv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time without prior notice or explanation — particularly if the user breaches these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

etv99 currently supports the following payment methods:

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions are processed exclusively through the methods listed above.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Once a deposit is successfully verified, it is credited to the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Before processing a withdrawal request, etv99 may request identity verification or additional information.

4.4 Transaction Verification

All transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. To prevent money laundering, etv99 may request necessary documentation and monitors unusual transactions. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for deposits — deviation from this rule may result in an account review.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after completing ৳20,000 in bets.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If etv99 finds evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN is strictly prohibited.
• etv99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

6. Betting Rules

The etv99 platform offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as casino games. The following rules apply to all betting at all times:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, except where a specific cash-out feature is available on the platform, in which case its own rules apply separately.
• etv99 may void payouts made due to technical errors or incorrect information.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be refunded — though different rules may apply in specific circumstances.
• Bets placed on the basis of match-fixing or information obtained through dishonest means will be considered void.
• etv99 reserves the right to set or change limits on any bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the etv99 platform:

• Operating more than one account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain a betting advantage.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Accessing another user's account without authorization.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Participating in any activity that damages the platform's reputation.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).

Breaching any one of these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Responsible Gaming
